• • Valid license key required: You must purchase a license key from palmpixel.eu to use the plugin.
• • License tiers: Your rights depend on the license you choose (Non-Commercial, Commercial, or Studio).

Usage Restrictions

• • You may not share, resell, or distribute your license key or the plugin files.
• • You may not redistribute, repackage, or include the plugin inside other products.
• • You may not bypass, remove, or tamper with license protection.
• • Ownership: Purchasing a license grants you usage rights — not ownership of the software.
• • Enforcement: Unauthorized use, piracy, or distribution may result in license termination and/or legal action.

Warranty Disclaimer

The Software is provided **“as is”**, without any warranties, express or implied. Palm Pixel Studios is not liable for any damages, data loss, or issues arising from the use or inability to use the software.

Refund Policy

All sales of Flares OFX are **final**. Refunds are not generally offered after a license has been purchased and activated.

However, if you encounter technical issues or believe your case qualifies for an exception, please contact us at contact@palmpixel.eu. Refunds may be granted **case-by-case**, at the sole discretion of Palm Pixel Studios.
