• Licensed, not sold: Flares OFX is the intellectual property of Palm Pixel Studios.
• Valid license key required: You must purchase a license key from palmpixel.eu to use the plugin.
• License tiers: Your usage rights depend on the license you choose (Indie, Commercial, or Studio).
• Restrictions:
  • Do not share, resell, or distribute your license key or the plugin files.
  • Do not redistribute, repackage, or include the plugin in other products.
  • Do not bypass or tamper with license protection.
• Ownership: Buying a license grants you usage rights, not ownership of the software.
• Enforcement: Unauthorized use, piracy, or distribution of Flares OFX may result in license termination, revocation of access, and potential legal action.
• Warranty: The Software is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. Palm Pixel Studios shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from the use or inability to use the Software.

All sales of Flares OFX are final. We do not generally offer refunds once a license has been purchased and activated.
